“We hired Ronnie Cook to sand and refinish our floors. It turned out that the job was much more complicated than expected due to cupping and warping of many of the boards. As a result, what was expected to be a one-two day sanding job became a four day job that required extra help as well as extra time. “Cook's Renovation built  a "catio" on the back of our house.  It's an outdoor space for my cats (and my people).  It's my favorite place in the house!  He put a cat door from the house to the "catio" so they can go out whenever they want and watch birds and things.  And, I know they are protected from traffic.  Not only do the cats adore it, but the structure really added to the outside appeal of the house.  Ronnie designed and build the perfect space for us!"
